The composition of the electric control valve

The electric control valve is composed of two parts, an electric actuator and a valve body, and the two parts are connected into one body by a connecting clamp and a lock nut.
Installation and maintenance
1) The pipeline should be cleaned before installation, and a filter and drain valve should be installed on the inlet side of the valve to remove grit, rust and other impurities.
2) The connection between the valve body flange and the pipeline should be naturally coaxial to avoid shear stress, and the connecting bolts should be evenly locked.
3) When installing, pay attention to the direction of the arrow on the valve body to be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.

4) A space greater than 30mm should be reserved around the valve body for installation, disassembly and maintenance.
5) It must be installed vertically when in use. Valves below DN80 can be installed inclined or horizontally on special occasions. However, when the volume, weight, and vibration are too large, a support must be installed.
6) In important occasions, bypass pipelines should be added to prepare for manual operation in case of failure or maintenance.
7) The valve body needs to be insulated like the pipeline, and the electric actuator cannot be insulated. Especially when it is applied to high temperature medium, the heat preservation of the valve body part should be strengthened. Otherwise, because the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the normal operation of the electric actuator.
8) The electric actuator must not be immersed in water, and the wiring must comply with the relevant national on-site construction regulations.
9) Before energizing, please check the power supply voltage required by the electric actuator to avoid damage to the motor.
10) The user should check the lubrication status of the electric actuator transmission gear at least once a year. If lubricating grease is found to be dry, add it immediately.
11) The user should regularly check whether there is any leakage at the seal of the regulating valve. If there is any leakage, immediately tighten the fastening screws or replace the seals.
Installation steps

1. Loosen the tightening screw of the actuator connecting splint with a No. 5 hex wrench and remove it: Remove the actuator connecting splint and the lock nut;
2. Use the connecting splint to cover the head of the valve stem and lift it up, and lift the valve stem;
3. Put the valve connection port at the lower end of the actuator bracket on the top of the valve body, but don't put it down;
4. Put the lock nut of the actuator bracket on the valve stem;
5. At this time, put the actuator bracket to the end. If the valve stem leaks high and cannot be placed in the bottom, lightly press the top of the actuator cover to press it to the bottom.
6. Check that the joint between the valve stem and the actuator connecting rod should fit tightly and without gaps. If yes, you can proceed to the next step; if not, you need to raise the actuator slightly, clamp the stem head with the actuator connecting splint to raise the stem, and then lower the actuator to observe whether there is a gap in the joint, otherwise repeat the above The operation process until appropriate.
7. Face the actuator bracket and observe whether the fixing plane on the side of the lower end of the actuator connecting rod is vertical. If it is not vertical, remove the upper cover of the actuator, use a No. 10 wrench to loosen the fixing nut on the top of the screw, and then rotate the actuator screw by hand to make the above-mentioned connecting plane vertical.

8. Install the actuator splint at the connecting part of the connecting rod and the valve stem, install the splint fastening screw, but do not tighten it: pay attention to the direction when installing the splint, the big end clamps the valve stem head, the small end covers the connecting rod head, and it must be attached. tight.


9. Tighten the lock nut by hand, and then press the copper rod against the convex end of the lock nut, and knock the copper rod clockwise with a hammer to gradually tighten the lock nut.

10. Use a No. 5 Allen wrench to tighten the clamping plate fastening screws.

11. Check whether the stroke adjustment shaft is inserted into the feedback fan ruler slot, if not, reinsert it into the feedback fan ruler slot, and tighten the fixing nut on the top of the lead screw.

12. If the zero-point feedback error is large, use a screwdriver to adjust the feedback potentiometer clockwise to adjust the shaft to the end, so that the resistance between the purple wire box and the gray wire of the potentiometer is less than 10Ω.
