Working principle
The lithium bromide aqueous solution is only an absorbent, and the water in it is the real refrigerator, which uses the boiling point of water to vaporize under high vacuum to absorb heat to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.
The first is that the vacuum pump pumps the unit to a high vacuum state, creating the necessary conditions for the boiling of water at low temperatures. In addition, because the lithium bromide aqueous solution has a pressure lower than the boiling point of the refrigerant water, there is a pressure difference between the two, so the latter has the ability to absorb water vapor, thus providing the possibility of continuous boiling of the refrigerant water.
The two-stage hot water unit consists of two generators, condensers, evaporators and absorbers, which are basically separated and connected to a certain degree with two independent refrigerant and absorbent working cycle systems. The hot water, cold water and cooling water are connected in series between the two circulation systems, and the hot water and the cooling water run in opposite directions, and the strokes exchange heat with each other in countercurrent.
The solution pump sends the dilute solution in the absorber through the heat exchanger to the generator, where it is heated and concentrated by hot water into a concentrated solution, and at the same time, refrigerant vapor is generated. The refrigerant vapor is condensed into refrigerant water in the condenser, and its latent heat is carried by the cold water to the outside of the machine.
After the refrigerant water enters the evaporator, it is sprayed on the surface of the heat exchange tube by the refrigerant pump through the liquid distributor. The refrigerant water absorbs the heat of the cold water in the tube and boils at a low temperature to form refrigerant vapor again, and at the same time, low temperature cold water The cold source provided by the unit). The concentrated concentrated solution directly enters the absorber after passing through the heat exchanger, and is irrigated onto the absorber heat exchange tube by the liquid distributor. On the one hand, the concentrated solution absorbs the refrigerant vapor generated by the evaporator, and then becomes a dilute solution; on the other hand, it transfers the absorption heat released when the refrigerant vapor is absorbed to the cooling water.
The refrigeration cycle is a cycle in which the lithium bromide aqueous solution changes from thin to thick and then from thick to thin and the refrigerant water changes from liquid to vapor and then from vapor to liquid. The two cycles go on at the same time, repeating again and again.

Crew Management Instructions
During operation

Machine room size
The size of the machine room is related to the size of the unit. It is recommended that the size of the machine room is not smaller than the figure below. In the figure, A\B\C is the extubation space. One section of the unit can also be facing the door or window, and the door or window can be used as the extubation space. It is recommended that the height of the machine room is more than 200mm higher than the unit.
Room temperature
The temperature of the equipment room should be controlled at 5-40°C.
Computer room humidity
The equipment room should ensure sufficient ventilation. Poor ventilation will cause humidity in the equipment room, and high humidity will corrode the unit and affect electrical insulation. The humidity in the equipment room should be controlled below 90%.
Drain
Drainage ditch should be provided around the unit with cast iron orifice plate on it, and water in the ditch should be able to flow out of the machine room smoothly. The basement engine room should be equipped with a collection tank and a submersible pump, and the submersible pump should be equipped with an automatic control device that can automatically drain.
