The solution is generally added by the concentrated solution sampling valve, because the lowest pressure here, the negative pressure state, the solution is easy to enter the unit. The method is the same as that of nickel hammer solution. It can also be added from the absorber spray line before the sampling valve. The sampling valve pressure is generally negative pressure, but if the valve is positive pressure, it is necessary to stop the pump inhalation. Air leakage to the unit should be prevented no matter where the AoCha Hammer solution is added. But there is always a small amount of air leakage to the unit, so after adding the solution, the vacuum pump should be started for pumping, in order to exclude the non-condensable gas brought by adding liquid.
The solution is taken out directly by the drain valve at the outlet of the solution pump to take the solution out of the unit, because the pressure behind the drain valve is usually greater than atmospheric pressure. Do not open the valve too wide in the discharge process, otherwise it will affect the solution into the generator. For single-effect units, the pressure behind the discharge valve at the outlet of the solution pump is not necessarily positive pressure. If the pressure is positive, the liquid can be directly discharged, if the pressure is negative, the liquid can not be directly discharged.
