There is no circulation control valve on the Ebara Red series direct combustion units, and it is necessary to adjust the solution circulation through frequency correction of the frequency converter.
The solution pump and solution spray pump of this series of units are equipped with separate frequency converters, and both high and low generators are equipped with liquid level electrodes. In summary, when the high generator is in the low liquid level range, the automatic control of the unit will increase the frequency of the solution pump. When the high generator is in the high liquid level range, the frequency of the solution pump will automatically decrease - the frequency will increase or decrease linearly until the liquid level is at the appropriate position, and the solution pump will maintain the current frequency to deliver the solution to the generator, achieving a stable state.

The liquid level control of the low engine is also a similar logic, except that the frequency of the solution spray pump is changed. Another difference is that when the liquid level of the low engine is low, the frequency of the spray pump decreases, while when the liquid level of the low engine is high, the frequency of the spray pump increases.
The logic may seem simple to describe, but there are many parameters that need to be set on the unit panel.
Firstly, whether it is a solution pump or a spray pump, there is a basic frequency, and the reference data for this basic frequency is the difference between the high generator pressure and the outlet pressure of the absorber. There are a total of 7 pressure ranges, namely 0, 16kpa, 31kpa, 46kpa, 61kpa, 76kpa, 91kpa, and 106kpa. There is a default value within each pressure range, which is the initial frequency of the frequency converter under the current working condition - these values can be modified according to the needs of the engineer. Secondly, in addition to the basic frequency, there is an important parameter called the correction amount, which is the frequency of each increase or decrease of the shielded pump when the liquid level is high or low. Generally speaking, at a low liquid level, increase by 2 hz each time until the liquid level is suitable; At a high liquid level, decrease by 1.5 hz each time until the liquid level is suitable. And this' every time 'refers to the correction interval, which is how many seconds the liquid level signal is detected. Both the correction interval and correction amount can be changed. It is worth mentioning that the correction amount has a range limit, and if it exceeds the range, an alarm will be given to indicate that the generator liquid level is not adjusted.
There are many parameters that affect the adjustment of the circulation volume, that is, the frequency adjustment of the frequency converter. The liquid level and pressure difference have been mentioned earlier, and in other settings, we can also choose whether to adjust the frequency of the frequency converter based on the high dew point temperature.
Although it is an independent variable frequency pump and two shielded pumps, the variable frequency of both pumps must be considered when adjusting the circulation volume. Because the Ebara Red series units have a series parallel process, this means that the function of the solution spray pump is to simultaneously transport high and low generation solutions to the absorber. That is to say, assuming that the liquid level of the low generator is high, the spray pump will increase frequency, which will lead to an increase in the circulation volume of the high generator solution and a decrease in the liquid level. Therefore, it is likely that the solution pump will also increase frequency at the same time.
