In the past, this device had to be purchased from foreign original factories, facing problems such as high prices and long cycles. After the sales department raised the demand, the technical personnel quickly formed a research and development team to focus on "cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality assurance".
The original core function is equivalent to a dedicated uninterruptible power supply, and the technical team has modified the solution based on a universal UPS to avoid the time and cost pressure brought by new research and development. Through precise selection of domestic spot components by the technical team, including the main control board, housing, battery, etc., and assembly and debugging based on the unit operation logic, a reset device that meets technical requirements has been successfully developed.
The test results show that the self-designed and modified device meets customer standards in terms of performance and parameters, and can completely replace the original products. The new plan not only significantly reduces procurement costs, but also compresses the supply cycle to about 3 days, effectively solving the bottleneck of "high price and slow delivery" in the past. At present, the first batch of devices have been delivered to customers and have received good feedback, accumulating valuable experience for rapid response and cost control of similar needs in the future.
