The construction content of this project is the dismantling and installation of the LD-110E direct fired unit. The construction site is mainly limited by space, and safety and construction period are the difficulties of this project. The method adopted is to dismantle the old unit separately and assemble the new unit on site after the company decomposes it.
Arriving at the customer site, a heat wave rushed towards them, but the service team did not back down at all. They quickly arranged the work area, put on protective equipment, and began dismantling, lifting, and transporting the old equipment according to the plan; After organizing the site, they assembled and debugged the new equipment... Sweat slid down their cheeks, soaking their clothes, but their eyes were focused and firm. Time passed by minute by second, and the work under high temperature was extremely difficult. There were also many unexpected difficulties in the on-site environment, such as extremely objective space limitations (the computer room space was small and the new unit was larger than the old unit, which meant that precise calculations and scientific sorting were required for dismantling, hoisting, and transportation), complex on-site pipelines (some pipelines could be dismantled, while others were already registered gas pipelines that could not be removed), but the members of the service team, with solid professional skills and unremitting efforts, finally completed the established target task within the specified time. After the new equipment was installed without any damage, the construction team's faces showed tired but satisfied smiles. Sweat has become the best witness of their professional spirit.
