How does the absorption chiller work?
When the refrigerator works, the main body is in a vacuum state. In the evaporator, the low-temperature refrigerant water absorbs the heat of the refrigerant water from the user to reduce the temperature of the refrigerant water; At the same time, the refrigerant water evaporates into refrigerant steam. In the absorber, the concentrated lithium bromide solution absorbs the refrigerant steam in the evaporator and becomes a dilute solution. Under the action of the solution pump, the dilute solution is heated by the solution heat exchanger and finally sent to the generator for heating.
In the generator, the dilute solution is heated by high-temperature hot water to become a high-temperature concentrated solution; At the same time, a large amount of high-temperature refrigerant steam is generated. The concentrated solution enters the absorber after heat exchange with the dilute solution from the absorber through the solution heat exchanger. At the same time, the generated refrigerant steam enters the condenser and is cooled to become low-temperature refrigerant water. The refrigerant water enters the evaporator after depressurization and throttling, so as to complete a refrigeration cycle.
