1. Perform air tightness inspection on lithium bromide units. Vacuum is the first life of lithium bromide central air-conditioning. If high vacuum is not achieved, on the one hand, corrosion in the machine will increase and the service life of the main machine will be shortened; on the other hand, the refrigerant water cannot evaporate at low temperature, resulting in a decrease in cooling capacity and an increase in energy consumption. , Thus affecting the normal operation of the unit. The inspection method is to fill the inner cavity of the machine with 0.12Mpa nitrogen for leak detection and pressure test, and check the seal part, solution pump, refrigerant pump port, flange connection, weld, etc., if the leak is found in time Replace or repair leaks. The internal cavity of the main unit is pumped to a high vacuum. If there is no change in atmospheric pressure and room temperature within 24 hours, the U-shaped vacuum gauge should not change.
2. Regeneration treatment of the solution of the lithium bromide unit: If the solution discharged from the machine is turbid and the color has changed from golden yellow to dark red, green or black, use precipitation and filtration methods to remove impurities in the solution, make it clarified, and measure The content and PH value of lithium chromate, lithium hydroxide, etc. should be adjusted to the required range, and the filtered solution should be stored in a sealed container. If the quality of the solution is unqualified, corrosion will occur in the machine, especially pitting, which will produce a large amount of corrosive deposits, and the corrosion will produce hydrogen at the same time, resulting in a vicious cycle of vacuum of the main machine and a decrease in refrigeration output. Due to the precipitation of corrosion products, the heat exchange performance of the solution heat exchanger is reduced. The corrosives are suspended in the solution. As the solution circulates in the system, it will block the host solution and the refrigerant water replenishing device, and copper ions will increase, causing copper coating. The bearing wear of the canned motor pump is aggravated, which damages the canned motor pump. The severely corroded host will also have refrigerant water pollution, the refrigeration output is seriously insufficient, and the host cannot operate normally. The increase of copper ions in the solution causes the physical properties of the solution to change, causing the performance of the host to decline.
3. The condenser, generator, absorber and evaporator of the lithium bromide unit are made of copper tubes. Due to the corrosion of harmful substances in the water, deposits and scaling will be produced, which will seriously affect the cooling and heat transfer effects. Use mechanical or chemical cleaning methods for maintenance. In order to prevent the copper pipe from freezing and cracking, it is necessary to avoid maintaining the unit below 0°C. The unit is generally maintained from March to April every year. If you encounter a unit failure in winter, you must first drain the water in the water cover (condenser, generator, absorber, evaporator) and the water in the pipeline and heat exchanger during maintenance.
4. Detect or replace vulnerable parts. Such as the graphite bearing of the canned motor pump, the sealing ring and diaphragm of the diaphragm valve, the valve plate of the vacuum pump, the disassembly and washing of the Y-type filter, and the removal of garbage. If the Y-type filter is not removed and washed in time, it will cause the accumulation of garbage in the Y-type filter, block the pipeline, and the flow of water will not be smooth, which will affect the cooling or heating efficiency.
5. Action verification of safety accessories and measurement of sensor performance. Mainly include: pressure gauge, wind pressure switch, temperature sensor, electromagnetic switch, relay, timer, etc. If the operation verification and performance measurement of these safety accessories are not carried out, the operator cannot determine various technical indicators, which will lead to safety accidents or fail to meet the functional requirements.
6. Check the filter, electrode, nozzle in the burner, remove the dust in the furnace, and detect or replace the collector rod. If the nozzle is not adjusted in time to remove the carbon deposits on the nozzle, it will lead to insufficient fuel supply or insufficient combustion, reducing fuel efficiency.
