Upgrade of control system for steam type chiller
Recently, the Production Support Department has comprehensively upgraded and optimized the control system of steam type lithium bromide units. The team overcame numerous technical difficulties and successfully achieved efficient control of steam type lithium bromide units. At the beginning of the project, we conducted a comprehensive and detailed evaluation of the operation status of the steam type unit, and provided a solid data foundation for the formulation of subsequent renovation plans through extensive collection of equipment operation data. Manager Zhang Guiheng led the design of the system control process, while Hu Haoneng actively cooperated in carrying out debugging and testing work to ensure that every step was rigorously tested and verified. During the project execution, the smooth progress of the project was ensured through team collaboration and communication.
At present, the physical layer wiring diagram, accessory BOM table, and schematic diagram have been completed, and the entire steam type lithium bromide unit control system renovation has been built, achieving the expected performance. Through this project, we have not only accumulated rich practical experience, but also improved the technical level of the team. In the future, we will continue to deepen our research on the control system of lithium bromide units and provide customers with higher quality products and services.
