Flier Company Safety Month Fire Drill Documentary
The theme of Safety Production Month in 2026 is "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - identifying and rectifying risks and hidden dangers". In order to implement safety production requirements and strengthen the main responsibility for safety, on June 16th, Fulaier Company invited a fire safety instructor from the Flying Eagle Rescue Team in Zhenjiang City to organize a special fire emergency drill. The factory area had lithium electric forklifts, charging points, and many electrical equipment with high fire risks. New employees, as well as key employees in the canteen, greening, and frontline positions, all participated.
This drill is divided into three parts: theoretical popularization, equipment explanation, and practical firefighting, and teaching is carried out in accordance with the actual risks in the factory area. In the theoretical class, the fire instructor explained the "fire three piece set" of fire hooks, fire AI cameras, and lithium battery fire extinguishers, focusing on the key points of using them in high-risk areas such as lithium battery spontaneous combustion and circuit fires.

The fire instructor dismantled various types of fire extinguishers such as dry powder, water-based, carbon dioxide, and lithium battery on site, differentiated equipment suitable for different fire sources, focused on popularizing key knowledge such as the prohibition of water-based fire extinguishers for lithium battery fires and the priority use of carbon dioxide fire extinguishers for electrical fires, and corrected employees' fire safety mistakes.

Simulate the ignition of solid combustibles in the practical process, and restore the real fire situation with thick smoke and open flames. The trainees are divided into groups for practical operation, operating the fire extinguisher according to the standard of "lifting, pulling, holding, and pressing", aiming at the root of the fire source to complete the entire process of extinguishing the fire, operating proficiently and cooperating in an orderly manner.

This drill accurately filled the gaps in fire safety skills for each position, enhancing the ability of all staff to identify hidden dangers and handle initial fires. Next, the company will adhere to the policy of "full participation, being prepared for danger in times of safety, prevention first, and safety first", regularly carry out layered safety training and hidden danger investigation, and continuously build a strong fire safety defense line in the factory area.
