Principle of refrigeration


Salient features:

How it works

The cold water in the evaporator is cooled by the low-temperature refrigerant water after the decompression and throttling from the condenser. The refrigerant water itself absorbs the heat of the cold water and evaporates to become refrigerant vapor. It enters the absorber and is absorbed by the solution. The concentrated solution becomes Dilute solution.

The dilute solution in the absorber is pumped to the heat exchanger and heat recovery device, and then the temperature rises, and finally enters the regenerator, where the dilute solution is heated and concentrated into a concentrated solution. The concentrated solution passes through the heat exchanger, the temperature drops, enters the absorber, drips on the cooling water pipe, absorbs the refrigerant vapor from the evaporator, and becomes a dilute solution. On the other hand, in the regenerator, the water vapor generated after the lithium bromide solution is heated by external steam enters the condenser to be cooled, and after decompression and throttling, it becomes low-temperature refrigerant water, which enters the evaporator, and drops on the cold water pipe. , To cool the cold water entering the evaporator.

The above cycle is repeated so as to finally achieve the purpose of preparing low-temperature cold water.


Hoisting essentials

1. Hoisting operations must be performed by a holder of a hoisting operation permit.

2. Please use a lifting device (hook, wire rope, shackle) that meets the strength after confirming the lifting weight. Please refer to the outline drawing for weight and size.

3. Please insert the hook and loop into the hoisting hole, hang the wire rope and use four-point hoisting, so that the hoisting angle is below 60

4. Carry out the lifting operation carefully, and be careful not to damage all parts of the refrigerator. When the wire rope touches the vulnerable part, please adjust the length of the wire rope or pave the flexible material for proper treatment. Particular attention should be paid to small pipes, wiring instruments and other subtle points.

5. Hoisting and landing must make the unit level, especially when landing, make the refrigerating machine feet all contact the ground at the same time.
