How Refrigeration Works

The main body is composed of a generator, a lower cylinder composed of absorption, a condenser, and an upper cylinder of the generator set; solution heat exchanger, solution pump, refrigerant pump, air extraction system, etc. The main body is in a vacuum state when the refrigerator is working. In the evaporator, the low-temperature refrigerant water absorbs the heat of the cold coal water from the user, so that the temperature of the cold coal water is reduced: at the same time, the refrigerant water evaporates into refrigerant vapor. In the absorber, the lithium bromide solution absorbs the cold steam in the evaporator to dilute the solution. The dilute solution is heated by the solution heat exchanger under the action of the solution pump, and finally sent to the high pressure generator for heating.

In the high-pressure generator, the dilute solution is heated by high-temperature hot water to become a high-temperature intermediate solution; at the same time, a large amount of high-temperature refrigerant vapor is generated. The concentrated solution enters the absorber after heat exchange with the low-temperature dilute solution in the absorber through the solution heat exchanger. At the same time, the generated refrigerant vapor enters the condenser to be cooled and becomes low-temperature refrigerant water. The refrigerant water enters the evaporator after being throttled by the pressure drop, thus completing a cycle.
