Salient features:

Safety control according to the cooling water temperature: For the change of the cooling water temperature of 19-34℃, safety control is carried out, and high-efficiency operation can be carried out for a long time. The safety control uses a microcomputer to calculate the concentration of the absorbing liquid during operation to control the warm water absorption chiller to perform a circulating operation suitable for the current cooling water temperature.

High-vacuum long-term maintenance system is adopted to further improve the reliability performance: high-performance air extraction system; direct sealing structure, strong air tightness.

The absorption liquid pump adopts frequency conversion control to provide part-load characteristics: absorption chillers have a great influence on energy consumption due to the circulation volume of the absorption liquid. Therefore, Sanyo uses a patented frequency conversion device to control the absorption liquid pump, so that the circulation volume of the absorption liquid is suitable for the cooling room load, and energy-saving operation is effectively carried out. Moreover, because the circulation amount is controlled in the best state, the starting time is shortened by about 1/2. This greatly exerts the energy-saving effect.

Anti-crystallization safety control: The computer monitors the concentration of the absorption solution at any time, and when the concentration reaches a certain value or more, it controls the consumption of warm water and reduces the concentration of the absorption solution. It can quickly control and prevent the occurrence of solution crystallization during operation under the conditions of emergency speed change, and realize stable anti-crystallization operation.
