Unit characteristics

Wiring and pipeline requirements:
1. The construction unit must lay all the cables in place and make the line head identification symbols.
2. A filter must be installed in the cold water and cooling water piping system.
3. Install a thermometer (0-50℃) and pressure gauge (0-1MPa or 2MPa) on the inlet and outlet pipes.
4. It is recommended that the construction unit use copper pipes (outer diameter 42mm, wall thickness 4mm) to connect the safety valve outlet to the outdoors.
5. In order to ensure personal safety and health, it is recommended to install an oxygen content detector in the computer room. When the oxygen is partially consumed or replaced and the oxygen content is lower than 19.5%, an alarm is required.

Water-cooled chillers can be divided into open type, sealed type and screw type. The water-cooled chiller must be equipped with an additional water tank, and the sealed type does not need to be because it has a built-in water tank.
