Belt drive adjustment

When the PVD pump is driving, the pre-tightening force of the belt should be moderate. Generally, the thickness of the belt is pressed by hand in the middle of the belt to prevent over-tightening and slipping.

Adjustment: It can be achieved by changing the center distance. When cracks appear on the surface of the belt (aging), it needs to be replaced.

◇Please use the specified vacuum pump oil. If you use other types of oil, the performance of the pump will be reduced and the service life will be shortened, and it will no longer be within the scope of the company's repair report.

◇After operation, the oil level will drop by about 1cm, please do not start when the oil level is lower than the lower limit.

During operation, if the amount of oil is not appropriate, it will reduce the performance of the pump and cause malfunctions. If the oil level is lower than the red dot 2~3mm, the ultimate pressure may be abnormal, and there will be a "fluttering" exhaust sound.

The pump cannot be operated before refueling, otherwise the pump will be damaged.

Note: 1. When adding the vacuum pump oil, make the oil level 5-6mm above the red dot of the oil level gauge. During the operation of the vacuum pump, the right side should always be kept above the horizontal line.

2. The suction port of the vacuum pump is changed according to the equipment used.

①Generally, the suction port of Sanyo unit is flat (connected with high vacuum rubber tube). ②The suction port of Shuangliang unit is in the form of a clamp (connected with bellows). ③Ebara suction port is stepped (connected with steel wire tube).

Time and frequency requirements of vacuum pump pumping

Pumping time

When refrigerating, it is beneficial to extract air between or before operation, preferably during operation.

In the heating process, it should be completely pumped before operation, even when it is stopped, it should be pumped only when the temperature of the main engine is high or the temperature of the main engine is reduced. The air should not be pumped immediately after or during operation.

Pumping frequency

1. In the refrigeration project, the gas cylinder is pumped 2-3 times a week.

2. During the heating process, the main engine should be pumped 1-2 times a month. During the 1-2 months after the commissioning operation, the pumping should be carried out regularly.

Vacuum pump oil

For some applications, the vacuum pump oil will deteriorate in a short time. The initial oil replacement period is 10 days. Later, the oil replacement period is determined according to the degree of oil pollution.

When the intake of water is too much, the oil is easy to emulsify and whiten. Please change the pump oil frequently.

Easy maintenance

The structure is simple, the number of parts is small, and the restorability is good, which is convenient for maintenance and overhaul. In addition, the large oil volume vacuum pump is equipped with a bottom oil discharge port and a special oil filling port, which is convenient for regular oil change.

Large oil volume type

After adopting a large oil tank, it can reduce the measurement of the pump, reduce the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, and prolong the service life of the oil. In addition, for a general vacuum device, the degree of oil pollution caused by the steam and dust in the suction pump can be reduced, thereby reducing the frequency of oil replacement and reducing the cost of use.
