Vacuum cleaner
a. Make sure to close the unit's dilute solution valve, unit's concentrated solution valve, open the liquid inlet valve and the liquid return valve on the decontamination device, close the drain valve, and connect the exhaust valve to the unit's vacuum device;
b. Start the vacuum pump and slowly open the exhaust valve for pumping. When the pressure vacuum gauge shows the value or close to -0.1MPa, close the exhaust valve, and then maintain the pressure for one hour, and the vacuum without rebound is regarded as qualified;
c. If there is a vacuum rebound, check whether there is any leakage at the flange of the piping and the cleaner body. After the treatment, follow the above steps until the vacuum is qualified.
Filter operation of the dust remover
a. First/close all valves, then open the unit's dilute solution valve, unit's concentrated solution valve and return valve;
b. Slowly open the inlet valve, and the degree of opening shall be subject to no obvious influence on the normal circulation of the unit;
c. Record the date of use after the operation is stable to determine the backwash and blowdown.
Backwash blowdown operation
a. After operating for 7 days, close the inlet valve and outlet valve;
b. Open the drain valve;
c. Connect nitrogen to the recoil valve and slowly open the recoil valve for backwashing;
d. When the erosion degree of the solution at the outlet of the blowdown valve becomes smaller, close the recoil valve and the blowdown valve at the same time;
