The function of the heat exchanger of the Shuangliang lithium bromide direct-fired engine is to exchange heat between the absorber and the concentrated solution from the generator, and recover the heat to improve the coefficient of performance. On the one hand, the temperature of the dilute solution entering the generator is increased, and the heat load of the generator is reduced; on the other hand, the temperature of the concentrated solution entering the absorber is lowered to reduce the absorption solution. The heat exchanger adopts countercurrent, and the dilute solution is boosted by the solution pump. Then, it flows in the heat transfer tube, and the concentrated solution flows outside the heat transfer tube by the pressure difference and potential energy difference between the generator and the absorber.
There is no phase change in the heat exchange process of the solution, and the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger of the Shuangliang lithium bromide direct-fired engine is relatively low. In addition to appropriately increasing the flow rate of the solution, it is also possible to use an externally ribbed tube, or install agitators in the tube to improve the heat transfer performance
In addition to the shell-and-tube structure, the solution heat exchanger can also adopt a plate structure and a spiral tube structure to improve the heat transfer effect. The condensate heat exchanger is also a tubular structure. The heat transfer tubes of the Shuangliang lithium bromide direct-fired engine use pure copper or nickel tubes. However, because the condensate has a certain pressure and is compatible with the high pressure, it should be considered as a pressure vessel.
Direct-fired chiller heat exchanger cleaning process
1. After cleaning the heat exchanger of the direct-fired machine, it can sterilize and kill the algae, remove the sludge, make the water jacket of the heat exchanger unblocked, the water quality is clear, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
2. After cleaning the heat exchanger of the direct-fired machine, it can prevent rust and scale. After avoiding the corrosion of the heat exchanger and adding the corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion rate of the equipment can be reduced by 90%.
3. Heat exchanger cleaning, while removing scale, preventing scale stroke, improving heat exchange efficiency, and reducing electricity or fuel consumption.
4. If the heat exchanger is not cleaned, the heat exchanger pipeline will be blocked, fouled, and overpressure will stop. After the heat exchanger is cleaned, maintenance costs can be reduced and the service life of the heat exchanger can be prolonged.
Heat exchanger cleaning and maintenance
1. When cleaning the system, close the inlet and outlet valves to prevent the cleaning fluid from entering the heat exchanger.
2. When the system stops working, the medium in the heat exchanger must be exhausted to avoid corrosion of the equipment.
3. When the heat exchanger is cleaned, the chlorine ions in the cleaning solution should not exceed 25ppm. After cleaning, the cleaning solution should be removed and cleaned. Before assembly and put into use, a pressure test of 1.25 times the nominal pressure should be carried out. There will be no leakage or abnormality in 60 minutes. Cleaning method for heat exchanger of direct combustion engine:
Empty the water in the system, establish a temporary circulation system between the inlet and outlet pipes of the heat exchanger (the thermometer, pressure gauge, exhaust valve, drain valve, etc. can be removed, and connect with the external circulation pump with a hose), and heat it at about 50°C After the water dissolves the descaling agent, use a circulating pump to inject it from the water inlet, return it from the water outlet, and soak in circulation for about 2-3 hours. During this period, check the efficacy of the medicine in the water and know that all the scales in the system are cleaned; drain the sewage and rinse it with clean water; open the end cover of the equipment and rinse it with a high-pressure water gun; restore the system everywhere; add new water and use it.
