Refrigeration flow diagram
Condenser: high-efficiency heat exchange tube to reduce power consumption. Unique tube clamp technology effectively protects the heat exchange tube.
Compressor: high efficiency, two-stage compression, wide cooling capacity adjustment range.
Semi-closed motor: liquid refrigerant cooling, low winding temperature. The operating environment is clean and the reliability is high.
Onboard starter: It is convenient for users to install and save user operation space.
Falling film evaporator: less cooling capacity charge, reducing use cost. High-efficiency heat exchange structure, energy saving is visible.
CH530 control cabinet: self-adaptive control, the unit runs more stable. The feedforward function makes the energy adjustment more sensitive. Support one-time pump frequency conversion, the system is more energy-efficient.
Cooling capacity under standard conditions: the chilled water inlet temperature is 12°C, the chilled water inlet temperature is 32°C, and the cooling water outlet temperature is 37°C.
The standard water chamber is under pressure of 1.0MPa.

Storage
If the chiller needs to be stored for more than one month before installation, please do the following preventive work:
Do not tear off the protective bag on the electrical panel;
Store the refrigeration unit in a dry, vibration-free and safe place;
At least every three months, manually measure the pressure in the refrigerant circuit with a pressure gauge.
Venue requirements
Noise considerations
Place the unit in a non-noise sensitive area.
Put the shock absorber under the unit and refer to the shock absorber of the unit.
Install rubber shock absorbers on all water pipelines.
Seal all the gaps in the walls of the computer room.
Foundation
Find a hard, non-flexible mounting pad or a concrete foundation that can bear the total weight of the unit during operation. When the unit is placed, the length and width of the unit should be kept within 6.35mm.
Damping device
Provide rubber shock absorbers for all water pipes of the unit;
Use flexible wire sleeves for electrical connections.
Isolate all pipe hooks to ensure that they are not supported by the main structural beams of the building, so as to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the living and working areas.
Ensure that the pipeline does not add extra pressure to the unit.
Reserved space
Sufficient space must be left around the unit to ensure that installation and maintenance personnel can reach all maintenance parts without restriction.
Sufficient space must be reserved for compressor and condenser maintenance. The recommended value is at least 3 feet to facilitate the maintenance of the compressor and provide enough space to open the control panel door.
