Save resources and improve the purification and recovery rate of R123 refrigerant
Starting from the end of 2023, we will commence the purification and recycling of R123 refrigerant. At first, we vaporized the refrigerant by heating the raw material barrel, and then liquefied and recovered it using a refrigeration machine, but the recovery efficiency was only 30% to 40%, resulting in significant resource waste. After in-depth analysis, we found that the high pressure and poor sealing performance of the finished product barrel are the main reasons for the low efficiency. To this end, we have implemented two improvement measures: firstly, we replaced the pagoda head with a three-way angle valve to enhance the sealing effect and simplify the bucket replacement process; Secondly, we have installed an exhaust system on the finished product barrel and successfully increased the recovery efficiency to 60% by establishing a pressure difference.
