What are the cleaning steps for lithium bromide chiller air conditioners?
1. Water washing: drain the lithium bromide solution in the unit, rinse the inside of the machine with water, until there is no bromine ion (silver nitrate inspection can be used), and check the system and temporary pipelines for leaks.
2. Cleaning agent cleaning: use 7% by mass sulfamic acid, 11% corrosion inhibitor, 11% surfactant, 1% penetrant, and mix it into a cleaning agent solution. At room temperature, the positive and negative cycles are 8 ～10h, according to the change of iron ion concentration in the cleaning solution to judge whether the cleaning end is reached.
3. Passivation: Drain the cleaning solution and rinse with water until it is nearly neutral, add 1% trisodium phosphate, and heat to 80°C, and discharge after circulating for 8 hours. Rinse with water until the water is neutral and clear.
