Automatic pumping device for R123 refrigerant heat pump unit
In November 2025, the company officially launched the R&D project for the automatic extraction device of R123 refrigerant centrifugal heat pump unit. The R&D team faced various technical challenges and made every effort to overcome them. Currently, the project has achieved key results in the stage, and the designed device has been implemented and operated stably.
In the early stage of project promotion, the R&D team completed the prototype production of the device, and after multiple rounds of debugging, it successfully passed all in-house tests. Subsequently, the team went to Jinan, Shandong to conduct on-site testing. Due to differences between actual application conditions and preset conditions, the testing work encountered technical difficulties. The team promptly adjusted the operation plan and completed the testing through manual control, successfully obtaining core data and laying an important foundation for subsequent device optimization and upgrading.
Based on previous R&D experience and on-site testing data, the R&D team quickly carried out device optimization design and component upgrade work, improved testing standards, conducted special testing on core components, completed multiple component replacements, accessory installations, and overall performance optimization, and set up a dedicated testing environment to carry out full process performance verification. The optimized device successfully passed factory testing. The team went to Jinan again for on-site testing, successfully completing all preset test contents and also completing the pumping operation for a heat pump unit with leakage problems. Currently, the automatic pumping device has been installed on site and continues to operate stably.

At present, the R&D team is continuously promoting the iterative optimization of the device, while simultaneously carrying out supporting work such as production process design, quality inspection standard formulation, capacity and cost accounting, etc., to make comprehensive preparations for product mass production. In the complex economic environment, the company continues to invest special funds to promote technological research and development, and new technologies are steadily breaking through.
