Progress of Large Central Air Conditioning Production Base Project
The Xiongguan Road is like iron, and the second phase of construction is non-stop. After the start of spring, the construction team's various projects are in full swing, and the current progress of the project is as follows:
1. The insulation and waterproofing construction of the exterior walls in the framework building area has been completed, and the paint construction is nearing completion. The leveling work for floors 2-4 has been completed, and the waterproofing layer, isolation layer, and fine stone concrete layer are about to start on the roof;
2. The installation of columns, beams, and connectors in the southern section of the steel structure area has been completed. Three QD type double beam cranes have been installed and tested for power on, and the repair work of fireproof coatings is about to end.
The next project schedule is as follows:
1. The finishing work for the roof and exterior walls of the frame building will take about 15 days;
2. The installation period for roof tiles in the steel structure area is about 10 days, the installation period for wall tiles is about 25 days, and the construction period for the factory floor is about 7 days.
