The generator, low-pressure generator, evaporator, absorber, high-temperature heat exchanger, low-temperature heat exchanger, condensate heat exchanger, pump, injector and other equipment are composed. The high-pressure generator is composed of a separate high-pressure cylinder, and the low-pressure generator, condenser, evaporator, and absorber are placed separately in the other two cylinders. The device is a parallel process, and the dilute solution at the outlet of the absorber is output by the solution pump and divided into two paths: one path is heated by the high-temperature heat exchanger, After entering the high-pressure generator, the other path passes through the low-temperature heat exchanger and condensate heat exchanger for heating, and then enters the low-pressure generator.
The pressure in a high-pressure generator is generally 10 times that of a low-pressure generator. The dilute solution entering the high-pressure generator is heated by the working steam in the tube, producing refrigerant steam with higher pressure and temperature. The temperature and mass of the solution increase separately. In a low-pressure generator, the dilute solution is heated by the refrigerant steam from the high-pressure generator, producing refrigerant steam again. The temperature of the solution and the mass fraction of lithium bromide increase.
