The installation requirements for devices may vary depending on the type of device and specific application scenarios. The following are some common precautions for device installation:
1. On site survey and preparation: Before starting the installation, it is necessary to conduct an on-site survey to understand the installation location, layout, required installation tools and materials (such as material procurement and personnel arrangement) of the unit.
2. Before installing the unit, check if the pressure of the equipment is at the factory pressure, check if there is any damage to the external components of the unit, and check if there is any damage to the electrical components.
3. The lifting of the unit is generally carried out using steel wire ropes. Due to different manufacturers, the lifting method of the unit also varies. Generally, two steel wire ropes are used to lift the two ends of the main cylinder of the unit or the lifting holes of the unit for lifting; Lifting the unit requires caution and attention to ensure that no part of the unit is damaged. If the steel wire rope comes into contact with parts that are prone to damage, it is necessary to adjust the lifting position or use soft pads to protect the vulnerable parts; When lifting, the unit should be kept level. When lowering, all bottom corners of the unit should lightly touch the foundation surface.
4. When the equipment is in place to correct the level of the unit, the installation personnel need to find the horizontal and vertical reference points on the unit (the horizontal reference points are generally located at both ends of the absorber tube plate or at both ends of the cylinder), and then use horizontal pipes to inspect and correct the vertical and horizontal horizontal horizontal deviations of the unit. The qualified levelness of the unit is within 1mm/m (if the unit size is 6m, the qualified value is less than 6mm).
5. When installing pipelines, the refrigerant water pipeline should minimize bends as much as possible to ensure reduced resistance loss; Steam pipes and refrigerant water pipes should be insulated and insulated. Filters, valves, pressure gauges, soft connections, etc. should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the unit. All connecting pipes should be kept horizontal, flat, vertical, and straight, beautiful and in a reasonable direction. The thickness and material of the insulation layer should meet the design requirements.
6. After the pipeline welding is completed, the pipeline needs to be cleaned internally to prevent hard objects such as welding slag and iron filings from entering the cold water and cooling water system and scratching the copper pipes of the unit; After the water system is filled with water, start the operation test pressure of the cold water and cooling water pumps, and at the same time, anti-corrosion treatment should be done on the outside of the pipeline.
