Influence of noncondensable gas on performance of refrigerator
"Vacuum is the first life of lithium bromide absorption chiller". Lithium bromide absorption chiller is a refrigeration equipment that works under high vacuum. One of the main reasons why the refrigeration performance of some units is unstable or can not reach the design capacity is that the vacuum problem of the unit has not been solved well.
For the lithium bromide absorption chiller, the vacuum degree is essentially a reflection of how much non-condensable gas is removed from the unit.
The influence of the circulation of solution on the performance of refrigerator
The amount of solution circulation is very important to the economic operation of the unit. For the rated heating steam pressure, cooling water temperature and refrigerant water outlet temperature, the lithium bromide absorption refrigerator has the corresponding solution circulation ratio. It can be seen from the above formula that under this circulation ratio, the amount of dilute solution entering the generator is proportional to the cooling capacity.
