1. The lithium bromide unit generally has a solution filling port near the solution pump and a diaphragm valve switch.
2. Filling can generally use plastic steel wire pipe, can not use soft material, easy to be sucked flat pipe.
3. The place where the pipe is inserted into the filling mouth should be fully tied up to prevent the air leakage into the unit in the vacuum state.
4. Pour the solution into a larger container, generally should be about 100 liters, in order to prevent impurities into the best above covered with a filter.
5. Pour lithium bromide solution into the container nearly full, and fill the solution into the pipe to prevent the air in the pipe from entering the unit.
6. Insert the tube into the solution of the container and slowly open the suction inlet diaphragm valve.
7. The solution is gradually inhaled by the unit in vacuum state.
8. Continue to add the solution to the container to maintain the level of the liquid. Pour should be very careful, slowly pour, to prevent too many bubbles with the pipe into the unit.
9. After filling, all the solution in the pipe will be sucked into the unit to prevent air from entering.
10. Vacuum the unit and discharge the air entered in the process of filling.
