1. After the unit is transferred to manual control, restart and slightly open the steam regulating valve;
2. Stop cooling water pump, so that the temperature of the solution increases, generally controlled at about 60℃, but do not exceed 70℃ after the cold water outlet temperature is higher than the inlet temperature, stop cooling water pump;
3. In order to reduce the concentration of the solution or prevent the liquid level of the absorber from being too low, the coolant water bypass valve can be opened to make part of the coolant water bypass to the absorber. Continuous operation, crystallization can generally be eliminated;
4. If the crystallization is serious and it is difficult to solve at the moment, the crystallization part can be heated by steam or steam condensed water directly.
5. The unit starts to work after melting crystal. If the pumping pipe crystallizes, it should also be heated until the crystallization is melted;
6. Find out the cause of crystallization and take corresponding measures;
The molten crystal tube will not get hot after the unit runs at full load, indicating that the unit returns to normal cloud rotation.
